Lifespan

Black-and-White Ruffed Lemurs have different lifespans depending on their gender, and  they live (in the wild or in captivity).

In captivity:
Male: 28 years*
Female: 32 years*

In the wild:
The lifespan of a black and white lemur in the wild is usually 15 years. They can live up to 20 years though.
